For example, most General Contractors will charge a set price for building a home, not showing you the complete financial breakdown. You may have allowances and some specifications but not the exact amount each discipline carries. Dino does not take this approach. Instead, he explains to you which subcontractor may be right person for each part of your project, giving you the opportunity to actually decide who is going to do each part, why, and at what cost. Instead of a margin, Dino shows you all the bills that are being paid on your behalf, and his fees, which are mutually agreed upon prior to the project starting.
This approach leads to a open collaboration which he feels is a more fair approach and usually a more affordable solution based on a customer needs and desires. Payments for his services are made monthly, and are mutually agreed upon. When providing consultation services, Dino listens carefully to your goals and works tirelessly to make them a reality.
